I cannot get my Epson NX400 to print. When I turn it on it gives me this message: "Error B88/69/68 Cannot recognize ink cartridges". I'm using genuine Epson 69 ink. I assumed that the cartridge was bad so I replaced It with a new Epson 69 black cartridge and I still get the same message. How do I fix this?
Try to run the ink pad reset utility software.
Please log on to epson.com. The software runs on win xp and win vista.
I have changed all ink cartridges for NX 400 according to directions. IThe printer continues to say"error push ok to change ink. Help. Can't find the CD that came with the printer.
