Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try that may correct your problem. If the camera is out of warranty (or repair cost approaches that of the camera), they're worth a try. Some of the later steps do involve some risk to the camera, so carefully weigh your options before deciding to conduct them:

I don't know how to remove the lens for fujifilm s3200

You don't.

It may look superficially like an interchangeable lens camera, but it's not. The lens is permanently fixed to the camera.

I have a Fuji Finepix S5600 and would like to know if you can change the lenses on it or not. Just don't want to break it trying. Thanks

The S5600 uses a non interchangeable lens. It's a fixed lens camera.
You can how ever purchase filters or adapter rings etc to attach to the front of the lens.

Zoom Error Problem

No, your lens has several very small motors, dust sand or water gets in can cause problems. Fuji has a huge problem with these cameras and bad lens. You will always have this problem and there is no easy fix.

My daughter has a fuji finepix S5200 with the focus error on the screen. Can this be repaired resonably or is it just a paperweight now?

According to the manual, you should turn the camera on again, taking care not to touch the lens. It also says to turn the camera off and on again. If the message still appears, it says to contact your Fuji dealer. I'm sure you've already tried turning it off and on. Hope this helps maybe. Good luck.

Adding a telephoto lens

Try zooming in. That usually gets rid of the "vignetting" you are experinecing.

Fuji Finepix S5200- Problem with autofocus

Hi I had exactly that problem and in frustration left it in the cupboard for 2 months and then it worked again perfectly, but the same problem has reappeared, I have had a quote from Fuji in Singapore s$246 for new lens and it is only 2.2years old! Can sympathize and would think twice about buying another or even fixing it.
