MERCEDES VITO 108 D (1999) MEASURES PLEASE!

I need to know hoy HIGH, LONG and WIDE the Mercedes Benz Vito 108d (1999) version is.
I'm buying a secondhanded Mercedes Vito 108 d (1999)
I'm going to get the van in another city at the end of april but I need to have a parking for it before taking it to where i live (big security matters in my neighborhood). The problem is that the owner is not finding the manual and he's not sending me the measures of the vehicle, what I need to know to guess if the parking place i found (incredibly cheap and near to my house) is going to suit me. I need to know this quickly because there's aother person willing to hire that same parking place and if I don't catch this one, I'll loose a great opportunity!
