remove draw #2 remove the paper behind it. also do not store paper on the left side of the draw. its not a storage area its for 11 x 17 paper.

Other than trying to reset the code by opening/closing front door or switching it on/off it'll probably need a technician to look at it. The C5351 code refers to the power supply cooling fan motor not working correctly.

Cooling Fan Motor Failure. Can't tell you which one tho as the factory service manual shows C5351, C5352 and C5353 but does not list a service code C5354. If by chance it is one of the other codes then let me know and I can tell you which it is. Minolta's throw cooling fan codes sometimes. You can usually reset the code will "bumping" the machine and they will at least run ok until the motor stops in the "dead spot" again.

It would appear that you have an issue with the finisher/sorter on the side of the machine.
Specifically, C-1183 means the elevator motor hasn't ascended or descended correctly.
Open and close the finisher and look for any paper jams in this area.

descent drive failure
• The elevator tray lower limit sensor (PC13) is not turned ON
even after the set period of time has elapsed after the main
power switch is set to ON.
• The elevator tray home position sensor (PC11) and elevator
top face detection sensor (PC12) are not turned ON even
after the set period of time has elapsed after the elevator
motor (M11) is energized.
• The elevator tray does not stop at the position for the specified
tray after the elevator motor (M11) is energized (beginning of
descent operation) and the elevator tray lower limit sensor
(PC13) is turned ON.
• The elevator top face detection sensor (PC12) is not turned
ON even after the set period of time has elapsed after the elevator
motor (M11) is energized (beginning of ascent operation)
when paper is being fed out.

Its an elevator ascent/descent motor failure. You didnt by any chance have any thing such as a big box of paper or a trash can sitting under the exit trays did you? Check it to make sure the trays are level also.
