ink cartridge is not compatible with this machine
when you buy an off brand ink cart sometimes they will not work. and then again I have had this probem too. the softwaare was updated and then all of a sudden my ink cart did not work anymore. for some reason all the printer up dates are set to reject off brand ink carts i guess they are not selling enough of there brank of ink so they set it up not to take off brand ink carts. if you can fiind the up date and uninstall it and that might solve your broblem. if not you will have to buy a name brand ink cart
