You mean you can't find a phone or ethernet socket on the motherboard? well, the motherboard doesn't come with the socket. you have to get the modem / ethernet card and then insert it into the the one of the "white, white, black" slots that you have in the picture. This is just like how you insert the sound and graphic cards.
