I have a similar problem with my new 37 inch vizio. Watching on cable and the sounds gets lower and lower until i can hardly hear it. Must switch channels back and forth to restore the sound level of a particular channel. Does anybody have a solution ?

it sounds like you have a glitch in your tv. i would hope that you have the warranrty for it. and i would contact vizio right away and tell them about your problem and they will have to fix the issue. hope this helps you.
I wanted to register my new Vizio L37 HD TV on line, but when I got to the registration page, the screen came up saying it was unable to open that page, so I just filled out the form that came with the TV & mailed it in.
