Are you wanting to remove the switch that selects the blower motor speed, or the blower motor resistor that controls the blower motor speed? Also, are you asking for the front blower motor or for an auxiliary (rear) blower motor?

2002 ford e350 van. I have no air coming through the rear vents but the blower motor is working great.

Try this article. I have the same problem and I think it is the vacuum motor that controls the door for changing from hot/cold in the rear heater box (located inside behind the L rear wheel)
