Indicator light fully charged...but barely enough power to move
I charged battery over night. Indicator on Battery read green(charged) Indicator light on throttle reads green(fully charged) When I turn throttle slightly to half way...the Bike will move slowly, yellow light showing on throttle,,,but when fully throttled light turns to green, but motor stops altogether. Lifted tail end of bike; full throttled it....wheels spun pretty fast...but still read yellow, soon as I put the rear wheel on the ground...light reads green, but motor stops no power but green indicator stays lit.
I have the same exact problem on 1 of my sons MX5s..i checked all 3 batteries and all that! you left out the controller clicks when the back wheels sapose to be moving ,it's not....so worse case scenerio batt,controller,motor,(650 This time)& throttle....So theres our blue print...lets hope it's just the batteries....!
I suspect your batteries need replacing - the throttle battery gauge going from green to yellow when a light load is applied shows that the battery voltage is dropping (sagging) considerabley. A battery shop should be able to load test you batteries to confirm if they need replacing. IF the cells are tested and found OK then check the wiring, fuse and switch from the battery to the controller as these could also be breaking down under load.
Clean and tighten all wires connected to the battery, motor , controller etc.being doubly sure of all grounding wires . Don't take any shortcuts ...remove wires ,clean and inspect for cracking or burning, clean and or replace....this will pay off for you...Good Luck....Tim

Did you follow Section 9 about fully charging the battery, pressing and holding the button?

It is possible one of the battery cells has degraded enough the battery is not showing a full charge, or there is an issue with the green light, but this is minor provided everything is working.
sounds like your charging circuit isn't working or the adapter isn't putting out enough power or amprage to fully charge the battery, or you battery went bad. if the charging circuit is bad then so is *********** board, time to burry the system and buy a new one

Total Power Failure When Using a Battery If an AC adapter is not connected to your computer, the computer's power source is a battery. If the battery indicator flashes amber or is a steady amber, the battery needs to be charged. If the battery is flashing green and amber, the battery may be defective. To troubleshoot this problem, use the following procedure. 1. Turn off the computer and peripherals, and disconnect them from AC power. 2. Reseat each installed battery by removing it and then replacing it. 3. Turn on the computer. Does the green power indicator light up? Allow one minute for the computer to initialize its components before checking for signs of power. Yes. Continue to step 4. No. Use the AC adapter to connect your computer to AC power. If the computer operates normally when using AC power, go to step 7. If the computer does not boot when using the AC adapter, see the previous subsection, "Total Power Failure When Using the AC Adapter." 4. Ok the lightning bolt is your power indicator: solid green-charging, Flashing green-fully charged, flashing red-low battery, flashing red three times the once green-bad battery. the "trash can" looking one is your hard drive activity indicator it will flash while your hard drive is reading and writing.
