4. Click start updating

The phone software upgrade stopped before completion?

1. Don't close the update tool, disconnect the cable and reconnect it. And check the USB Driver connection on our PC. After that, please restart the update.

You have to install LG Mobile Support Tool application to download manual and software.

• Download the LG Mobile Support Tool to your PC.
• After Execution of LG Mobile Support Tool, Click Customer Support > Application, Manual & USB Driver Download menu.
• Enter a value for "IMEI" or "serial number" in your phone and Search.
• Download manual and software(Manual, PC sync, Drivers.)

Just follow the instructions and you'll have your manual.

Your LG GT540 is supported by the LG Mobile Support Tool application. This software must first be installed on your PC. This software then allows you to download the manual and software ( PC sync, Drivers etc.) for your phone.
