I have a sonic terramax watch and everything work except the arms for time do not move. Anyone have an answer for me

This watch have two batteries. When you open tha back you'll see a big battery mounted on the printed circuit board (PCB). If you unscrew the screws from PCB and take it out, you'll find under it the mechanism with the battery from the analog watch. Replace that battery and "Have a good time"... :-)

How do I change the battery in my Casio F-105

When I didn't see an answer, I tried it anyway since I already had the battery and little to lose. Undo the 4 small screws holding the back on (careful - don't drop them). Be careful to keep the small rubber gasket around the edge in its grooves. Do not take the workings out of the watch. There is a small silver arm running across the back over to a cream colored plastic piece with 3 grooves in it. Pieces of the arm are in the outer 2 grooves. Use something small to pry open the arm using the middle groove . Peel it back just a little and replace the battery. The watch should now be working. Snap the arm back in place, be sure the gasket is in place, put the back on,
and screw in the screws. Simple when it works.

Hi there i have bought a second hand tag heuer carrera tachymeter,i dont have a user manual, but cant seem to get the chronograph functions to work ?

Great watch! Operation should be pretty straight forward. The top button starts the chrono and stops it. The bottom button resets it. To calibrate the sweep arm into the right position pull the crown out to the first or second set position and press the start button until the sweep arm is in the start position you desire. This is typically 12:00 or 0.
If your chrono is not working then have the battery checked. If the battery has been recently replaced then make sure the watch doesn't need to be cleared.
I recommend you take this to a watch maker/technician who will be familiar with the service requirements of this model including resealing and pressure testing the watch to be sure it is sealed to its marked water resistance specifications.

Thanks!

Emporio Armani AR0534, How do you reset the Chronograph function of this watch?

If it is not working you may need to "AC" the watch. This generally needs to be done when the battery is replaced. This will reset the circuit board and allow the watch to work correctly. There maybe instructions on the inside of the back lid to do this but i always recommend having a watch maker/technician doing it because of the delicate nature of the circuit board.

If the sweep arm is not resetting to the 0 position then you can set by....
pull the crown out to the first or second set position then press and hold down the start button until the sweep arm is in the position you want.

Battery Replacement

Do not lay the tweezers across any contacts as you may damage the watch.
First you need to examine your watch movement and find an AC point (contact). Use an eyeglass, as the writings can be very tiny.
When found, touch an AC point with one arm of tweezers and battery+ with another arm simultaneously.
Some watches needs to do that twice, so, to be sure, do that twice.
If you are not comfortable with tweezers, you can use a thin wire, connecting one end of the wire to AC point and another to battery+.
Each shortcut should last for 3 seconds.

Adjust not working

i had this problem with mine after a battery replacement. If you open your watch, and look behind the offending button, you'll notice there is a small arm that should fit behind the button. the jeweler that destroyed my O-ring during a battery replacement also failed to line these arms up on one side of the unit. i had to find a REALLY small screw driver and finagle the arm back under the button... Now it's working perfectly... except the whole not waterproof any more part....

Hope this helps.
