Google Android 4.0 tablet will not turn on. At first it would turn on and then shut off, now it just wont turn on at all. Is there anything I can do? I just bought it off ebay for my daughters 9th b

You need to do a FULL reset.
1. Power off unit
2. Hold down POWER and Vol - (or Vol+ if Vol - doesn't work) until Android reset screen appears.
3. Scroll down to factory reset and select it.
4. Agree to reset
Unit will reset itself and start over like it was brand new and you will lose everything that was installed. Most likely you have a corrupt operating system and this may help. However, many android apps will not work on that tablet as its an older tablet that does not have an upgraded OS available.
