Bizhub c350 will not scan to hdd

My bizhub c350 (not the bizhub c351) will no longer scan to the internal hdd.The bizhub is on my network and has a ip of 192.168.0.7. I set the destination to the 'scans' folder -usually we can the pick up the scanned image from any computer in the office by going to the bizhub's configuration page and selecting the ''public'' folder. Now when i try to scan nothing happens-I just get the message ''failed to connect to the destination''. Any Ideas? Hdd need formating?

You are taking about scan to box feature? To clarify you mean you set the destination to the public user box named 'scans'. This user box has a box number associated with it. Did you notice if it is set to that box number for the destination? Had the machine been upgraded with a Fiery controller?

Easiest way is to change to SMB scanning which will give you direct scanning to PC or server. Create a new address in the machines address tab in the browser add the (must be a fixed) ip address of the machine it is going to with the folder name, user name and password and it will work a treat.

Konica Bizhub C350, need to setup ip address

Utility / Administrator settings (pass:12345678) / Network settings / TCP/IP settings. Select auto IP, or enter it manually. You can check IP address by printing Configuration Page: Utility / User Settings / Printer setting / Print Report / Configuration Page. Press start.
Good luck!

How do i set up a number of users on my bizhub c351 network scanner?

This may seem like an obvious solution, but have you consulted the manual? If it's no longer in your possession, you can view it here:

Hope this helps. If so, please rate. Thanks.

I want to scan to a file on my server with my bizhub c350 I do not know how to do that.

You can create a scan to FTP one-touch.

log into the device by entering the IP address into your web browser.
From here you can create, edit and delete one-touchs of various types.

BizHub won't send scans to Macs

first, int the mac must have the "share for windows" checked, in the network settings.
second, you'll have to create a folder name SCAN into the 'home' folder onto your mac. then , you ll have to have your user and password of your mac.
then, you ll have to enter in the bizhub:
- Ip of your mac
- gateway of your mac
- mask of your network
on the copier
- in the utiliy/counter // register 1 touch, book adress, SMB (don t remeber exactly the path .. but just not so far of these paths), :
IP server: Ip mac
path : SCAN
user: user'sMAC
password: password of the user's mac (CAN NOT BE EMPTY)

and ormally, that's all folks :-)

Weird scan problem with Konica Minolta Bizhub C351

It sounds like you have setup a fax forward box.

You need to set up a one touch, scan to SMB.

this can be easily done via your web browser by typing in the IP address of the MFP and set it from there.

You need the IP address of the laptop and is best to put the shared folder in the main drive (C).
Then for the file path you just need to enter the name of the shared folder EXACTLY as it is on the lap top.
You also MUST enter the ID a password to give it access.
