Try going to Sinplicity fo Children.  I think this is a parent company for Graco.

I just got a used graco metal baby bed and can't figure out how to install the side rail that moves up and down. Please help

These are complictaed and not very safe. Most of the older Graco cribs have been recalled.
In my experience, the metal dropside guides can come loose. This may allow a child to slide down thru the edge of the mattress and the metal dropside. I would not use the crib. It is truley unsafe.
If you insist on using it, drill a hole thru the headboard and footboard and drive a screw thru
into the soft plastic guides on the dropside to make it a stationary side. Please, for your childs sake,
get a new crib. You only get one chance with a child. It's not worth it.

I am missing the guide parts that are moving the front mobile gate up and down on the crib.i had this crib for 7 years.is a graco 2 in 1 crib.can you please tell me where i can find the parts?

Graco is not a manufacturer of cribs, they sell their name to crib makers. Currently, LaJobi is the maker of Graco cribs, and they offer a Lauren crib (which was recalled!). But, you say this crib is 7 years old? That is before LaJobi made their cribs (I think). Check the labeling on the crib (on the headboard, under the mattress) and see if the actual manufacturer is listed. If you are looking to replace a plastic part for the drop side, then I recommend you don't bother and just get rid of the crib. Those plastic parts are connected to the drop side by screws, and removing and replacing a screw into wood makes the wood weaker in that area. You take the chance it will never be tight and if it falls off in the middle of the night, that could be a deadly consequence for your baby. That is why so many cribs are being recalled now. The drop side hardware breaks, parts get lost, and for a few unfortunates, this results in a child dying.  Check the label, see who makes it and whether or not it was recalled as shown in this link: http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml10/10212.html

Simplicity Ellis Crib Combo to Fullsize Bed

Is it the full size bed frame that goes to that bed because if it is not it will not attach. It will only attach to the special boards you had to order from them. You can try this email I have for them, but I am unsure if they are in business anymore. I know they were connected with Graco so if the email does not work you can try Graco for a manual. The email I have is [email protected]

I purchased a Graco Lauren convertible dropside crib and assembled it today, but the dropside drops easily when you just touch the side. Help what should I do?

Products America is not able to provide parts for Graco cribs and therefor not very familiar with their hardware. However, they can provide you with contact information for the company. You can contactProducts America at 800-205-9642 or 800-772-1041 for that information.
