If you have the model number, go to the Coleman Heating and Cooling website and using the model number, you can search for and download the Owners Manual.

Go to www.grainger.com and look for a "power pile generator" this is a millivolt thermocouple that may be just what you need to make your heater work again

gas valve if smart valve or sensor if it is not the control board

These heaters are not designed to be operated below 40 degrees F. If the heater is used below 40 and if you have a gas tank containing less than 25%, the unit will not operate for long and will start going out. If the heater all of a sudden goes out without showing any flickering or pulsations, you have a bad gas valve, there is no thermocouple on this model. Fill your tank and try the heater again. If it continues, give Coleman a call at 800-835-3278.
