Hisense led tv has audio but no picture seen .

Shine a flashlight into it and see if you can see a picture? If you can it is a problem with the LEDs.

It is a low budget set (despite being Smart and 4K) and not worth spending a lot of money on.

Hopefully out television expert @Larry will be along soon. Search this site for Hisense, question answered within the last two weeks.

Hisense can be unbelievably expensive on parts, consider a salvaged part with a warranty from shop jimmy or similar, much cheaper than the manufacturer but you will have to fit the panel or find a capable friend

There might be a setting on your cable box for audio output. Use the cable remote and look in the audio section of the settings menu and select HDMI output. Mine is under Audio Digital Output in the Audio/Video menu.

Can you see the setup menu?

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power led, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. Viewing it in "Mosaic" will make surf easy.

Hi, Try this and good luck

1. Turn the TV on.
2. Press the TV button on the top of the remote.
3. Press and hold SETUP until the LED light blinks twice.
4. Press 9 9 1 and the LED should blink twice again.
5. Press the POWER key on the remote.
6. Press CH+ repeatedly slowly until the TV turns off.
7. Press SETUP when the TV turns off.

here is a site that gives you all of the remote codes for your comcast remote. Scroll down to comcast and select the correct comcast model. It will show you all of the codes for everything
