I am having a problem removing the colored lens on my glow buoy to change to a different color, any suggestions
The way I change the colored lens to the glow buoy is with three standard screw driver, about a 3/16" head good 4" shank or longer. If you look close you can see four grab tabs in the middle of the lens, these hold on to a lip on the clear lens. Twist the colored lens till you can get to three of the tabs. I couldn't get to all four do to the triangular shape of the top. Slowly wedge the driversunder the lip of the colored lens center to the tabs one by one, alternately pressing the screw drivers deeper once you get the to where they wil continue no futher, due to the bevel in the lens, take the two drivers opposite each other and push them in forcing the edge outward. The lens will pop off violently, and most likely shoot the third screwdriver across the room, but after changing them a few times the lips wear down soon you will be able to pull them off with a good pair of fingenails. Hope this helps, you may scratch the lens a little, also the covers have a bit more flexibility then I thought I was afraid to break them but now I see the give.
SOURCE: I need a new bulb for my glow buoy pool light!
The Glow Buoy swimming pool lights were designed so that the bulbs can only be replaced by a licensed pool supply store. If you open the light yourself, you will void any warrantly and risk breaking the unit. Becuase of this, they don't sell the exact bulbs that you need unless a pro is installing them.

You might want to check with backyardcity.com. I know that they sell an assortment of swimming pool lights. If they don't carry the charger, they can probably direct you to the manufacturer. If you have a number to the manufacturer, you might want to contact them directly. Also, a local pool store might carry them.
