1. press F8 when your system boots
2. from the menu select SAFE MODE
3. enter the username as ADMINISTRATOR
4. dont type anything for password and press enter

If your talking about your BIOS password, you can reset it by removing your battery.
Place it back in after a couple of minutes.

If your tyalking about Windows you should enter Windows in Safe Mode.
Reboot system, F8, Safe Mode.
Login as administrator and remove the password from the user.

If you don't have the old password, you should try to reset the system to factory setting, loosing al; data on the system. Next time, please put the password somewhere safe in your house.
