first get any anti-virus I prefer F-SECURE, then load on your computer then update it after u pdate then perfom a full system scan then it will detect all the viruses,then choose delete option the it will remove all the viruses from your computer.Inform us after u try this solution.

Free programs are available but are they good you ask?
Some like AVG and Kaspersky and Commodo are but they don't get every problem please be aware of that.
I like webroot spysweeper it works well and does a thorough cleaning with shields for invasions of third party software as well.
Try it but do yourself a favor and buy the updated version you won't be sorry.

Ok..now that I have more information about your pointer problem,yes,there could be a trojan virus causing it.Best thing to do first is,using your other mouse,boot your computer up into safemade by tapping the F8 key untill you reach a black diagnostics screen.At the top of the list you will see "safemode",using the arrow keys on your keypad,move up to "safemode" and press Enter,then wait for the boot to finish.This procedure allows you to get inot windows with services and drivers only needed to help fix many problems.Sometimes there are trojans that will use certain windows services or programs you installed to run.Using safemode allows you to "get in" your computer without those programs and services running.After you get into safemode and your all booted up,see if you can use your synaptics pointing device normally,if so,then yes,there is a very good chance you have a trojan or trojans infecting your computer.If so,best thing to do,is open your virus scanner while you are in safemode and do a complete scan,to see if any virus or trojans are present and remove them,then reboot your computer and let it boot back up normally.We will see if any trojans or viruses are in your computer with this methode.Good luck.Please let me know what happens:)

HOW CAN I REMOVE TROJAN VIRUS FROM MY PC?
Run your PC in safe mode with networking prompt as an administrator(because in normal mode the virus will not allow/let you to run a setup file if it's a dangerous virus).Install strong anti-virus like Kaspersky, NOD32 etc. registered version. Update the anti-virus in safe mode and also run.

There is trojan horse virus in my laptop. i ve a symantec norton 2004 antivirus. everytime i update my antivirus, there's some process happening n it comes again unable to hell the virus.... it got...

you need to press F8 while the pc is booting for a startup in safe mode, then when in safe mode select start windows in safe mode, go to my computer, properties>system restore tab and turn off system restore and then run the scan again as these trojans cannot be deleted when the pc is in normal use.

 

If your antivirus finds them but cannot heal, make a note of the file that has the trojan and then search for the file and delete it manually.

 

Ensure after the trojans are deleted that you tuirn system restore back on
