Adjusting the world time??

- Keep on pressing mode button on watch till alarm mode appears.
- to verify alarm mode check out the time alarm rings and match it with the display while selecting the mode.
- press adjust button to disable
- or press two buttons on right of watch to adjust the alarm

You have to press the ADJUST button then you hold down the MODE button and while you are holding down the MODE button press the G (illuminator button)

This watch actually is very complicating. It took me a year just to get use to it. Just hold the adjust button (top left hand button) until the seconds starts blinking. Then you can adjust the time, date, telememo, the alarms and the timer
