That is very strange, the parts suppliers list it, but Dirt Devil have no reference. I would contact Dirt Devil and ask why? There is a model M82700 but it is a cylinder vac. The contact details are there on page one.

Wasn't sure from your question exactly which model you were interested in but if you scroll down the list you should find your model. If not, use the search field to search for your specific model number and then click the link for the mamual.
The manual will contain some instruction on use of the attachments.
Check air filter, check screen in bottom of fuel tank, New spark plug and also check the spark. If there is a weak spark, the coil may need to be replaced.
If you have good spark, clean air filter, and clean fuel tank screen, then the carberator will need to be pulled of and cleaned out with solvent
