I would unplugged the unit. clean the buttons with alcohol on a cuetip and go around the buttons. if you do not have a cd open button you probably can open it up by pushing where it says open/push and it should open.

There is not one in it is just the mechanism is bad to the lfter is out of place needs service you can try to open the radio your self if yuo think you can do it but if not let some one do it. Or get another one
If it is an in dash cd changer, I would suggest you replace it with an aftermarket single disc player. In dash changers are very delicate and don't take much for them to go bad.
HI, the gear track is stripped and the load motor is stuck between the good section of the track and the bad section of the track. you will need to replace the loading dock in your unit. this will fix this issue.
It looks to me like the cd is stuck inside,in most cases You have to open the cd-player, in order to take the cd-out. I thnk that the cd has been "eaten" wrongly and now its stuck inside.
