Black screen I am trying to use a GE EasyCam with Windows Vista and I get a black screen with the system driver. If I try and get the Driver from the manufacturer it doesn't work at all. How can I fix this?

The Vista webcams from Jasco haven't hit the market yet. So basically your webcam isn't compatible with your machine. There is however a possible fix at www.jascoproducts.com. Go to Support, then click on Browse and Update Microsoft Vista certified products and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. You will see two webcams listed with fixes. This is not a guarantee as this webcam does not have the chipset for Vista, however it has worked for a lot of folks. Good Luck!
