Unfortunately Products America does not provide parts to the Jardine cribs due to a recent recall they underwent that covered a large quantity of their cribs. I did check your model number and it IS on the recall list as one of the cribs that has been determined unsafe. How to assemble my Jardine Crib, model: dv623BC.

To get a hold of Jardine Enterprise Ltd for anything to do with their cribs call 1-800-295-1980. They do not have a website and you
may be on hold for a little bit, but the person who helped me was
great.

I just talked to Jardine's customer service group (Dorel Home Products) today (800-295-1980) and they told me they could send me instructions by email for putting together my DA822BC.
