Plug the eMachines monitor's power cable into a working AC outlet.

Orange or blinking LEDs indicate low power or no signal.
Green LEDs denote a working connection..

Perform a monitor self-test.
Switch off the monitor.
Unplug the video cable from the monitor.
Press the eMachines monitor's power button.
An eMachines logo, Windows logo or "no signal" message indicates that the monitor is working properly.

Plug the eMachines monitor's video cable into the video port on the computer.
Attach the monitor's included DVI-to-VGA adapter to the monitor's VGA cable if your computer has a DVI port (15 or 25 pin-slots with 1 side slot) in place of a VGA port (15 pin-slots, no side slot).

Press the eMachines monitor's input button to change the monitor's setting to match the computer port used.
Set your monitor to DVI if connected to your computer's DVI port.
Set your monitor to VGA if connected to your computer's VGA port.

Connect the eMachines monitor to a known working computer with a known working video cable if the problem persists. Contact Gateway, eMachines manufacturer, if the monitor issue is not resolved.

The tv is stuck on this screen with the error message weak or no signal I need help on the steps to fix it

I can't read the screen, but weak or no signal means the signal coming in from the cable box or outside antenna is not good.
You would need to check the box and the cable connections.

My plasma screen reads no signal and not available

I am sorry. I have searched and searched and e-mailed and phoned about 20 plus people about this question. No one can come up with one straight answer. Haier themselves don't even know. I would suggest taking it in because it doesn't sound like a self-fix problem.

This is the most help I can give you.

My plasma screen reads no signal and not available

Well make sure it's on the right source, I have a 50 inch Samsung and when you're on the wrong channel it'll read no signal and you can't do anything. So make sure you have cable hooked up right and make sure it's on the right source or video channel first. I don't know but this might help.

Humm coming from speakers - can't get cable to work

The RF input is the correct one for a cable signal. The other sources use the RCA and other ports which you can connect to other devices, like DVD or VCR players.

If the humm noise only happens when you're on the TV channel then it's likely just the station. Try changing the channel and see if that helps, and make sure the coax is screwed in all the way. Also make sure the other end, if connected to a VCR or other stuff, is tightly attached. If you share cable with many other people and the signal has snow (white spots on the TV), then you may need to buy an RF signal amplifier to reduce the noise.

Source changes the input (RCA versus coaxial versus component inputs), change the channel for different channels..
