SOURCE: i need to know how to put a new belt in my pioneer

A turntable is a precision mechanical instrument as complicated as a mechanical watch. It is very unlikely you will be able to take it apart and get all the pieces back together, even with a service manual, which would cost you more than $50, if you could get it.
I'm sorry to say, unless you live in a big city and can find an old turntable pro it is not repairable. If you have a computer, they make turntables that plug into a USB port.

PL-J210 External Power Source

Difficult but not impossible. You need to get a power supply for it. The problem is you need to know what the supply to the turntable was. Most work on something around 9 to 12 vdc. If you can get a power supply then, when you connect it, the turntable could run fast or slow. If you can see underneath the turntable two speed pre-sets then you should be able to correct the problem.

if its skipping ahead Almost like the needle is just gliding across the Record. It means your needle is bent, dirty or broken, Take it off and look at it closely.

Pioneer PL-670 record rejects continually

Are the record size tabs sticking up through the turntable platter cover? They sense the size of the record being played and adjust the run out distance for either 45 or 33 rpm records.

Pioneer PL-570 turntable (c.1973)

Yes first check is that the Gnd wire from your turntable is connected to the Gnd (ground) post at the back of your amplifier with a good clean tight connection.
If the problem persists, check ALL your hi-fi components mains plugs for earth connections including your turntable, then remove the earth connections on all but one component so that you are left with only item earthed.
What does sometimes cause problems is if 2 or more hi-fi separates are earthed and connected to each other the earth cables along with the hi-fi interconnects form an inductive loop that picks up interferance such as mains hum etc.
