Try taking the battery out for 10 seconds, put it back in and boot as normal.

Worked for me on my Aspire 6920G! I think it must be a power-ratio problem.

It sounds as if you should re-install the program. Or you may just have a sticky keyboard. or the key repeat time is very fast. Try looking in the control panel for your operating system and adjust it from there.

Hi there. I see you are having a problem with a media software program on your pc. The best thing you can do to solve the problem is to uninstall and then reinstall the program. This will put it back into its default settings and will also correct any corruption that the current installation may have. I hope this helps you.

My cinedash media console touchpad has frozen on mute and high volume

Shut off your laptop. Pull the power cable/supply plug out. Remove battery. Wait 15 seconds or so, then put it all back together and boot it up. Should be fine after that.

Volume touchpad has frozen on mute

This happened to me.

Power down (shut down) and then remove battery for a few seconds.

This fixed my CineDash Media console.

My cinedash media console is not working the mute and volume controls are both lit up but no response from either

I've had the same problem with mine and the solution is rather simple. Unplug the AC supply and remove the battery for 10 seconds or more. Next time you'll boot, you'll see everything works just fine. Oh, and it's possible that this problem might reappear.

On my acer 6920 the cinedash is stuck on full volume and mute.

Turn your lappy off, unplug the ac cord, pull out your battery, wait 20 seconds and turn your machine back on, it should be reset.

I have an acer aspire 6920 laptop.the cinedash media console isnt responding

Functions are activated by simply tapping
the function with your finger, while you can adjust volume by sliding your
finger around the volume meter.
CineDash reacts on commands with a little “lag”, if you use it carefully you can expect no problems, but for nonchalant usage CineDash will not react on every touch. You also have to make sure that it's turned on for it to work.
