How do i change my language from arabic to english trying to change language from Arabic to english - Settings -Where is the system tab to regional setting - is there a symbol?

Try going to START - SETTINGS - SYSTEM and look for "Regional Settings".

Go to Control Panel

Choose date,time,laguage and regional options

Choose regional and language settings

From regional option, change stardard and formats to Arabic and from location change it to saudi arabia

Go to advanced, change the language to arabic

After these restart your computer to take effects.

If not working, you need to install arabic laguage support and repeat the procedure above to activate the arabic by pressing Alt plus shift key to change the writing from english to arabic or same to go back to english writing

Please change your regional language settings from arabic to English. No need to reinstall windows. Please check the following link for that : -

reinstall service pack 3 with language pack from microsoft.Make sure you back up your registry first.

today i am going to show you how to change language arbic to english. First you go on
control panel. And then you see there regional languge you can see there lot of languge you.
Now wich language do you want you then you select that's it .

try this:

Go to Start-->control Panel--->Regional and Language Options--->select arabic in the drop down for language. also goto the advanced tab and select arabic there.

1. Go to settings option.
2. Check the regional settings option to confirm the country for english language.
3. Then go to Multilingual support, in that check the country option in US english.
4 . Then go to control in Multilingual support and select English with arabic support.

Then restart the set and check the language.

4. To customise settings further, tap the appropriate tabs and select the desired options.

And Tap the Multilingual Support then tick "Disable Multilingual Support"

reset the phone.. master reset.. on start up, it will ask a long message with "ACCEPT" and "REJECT" as choices. In that if u click "REJECT", it will install the interface in English. If you choose "ACCEPT", it will install in Arabic.

Have you tried changing your Regional settings in Control Panel? This should change your language in all MS Applications.
