Up load the images to a folder first. It is best actually to unload any comara related software and leave the disk in the box Let Windows scanner/camera Wizard do the work. Once images are in a folder[ highlight all images and right click to arrange to order. Then burn to DVD By the Way just in case - XP is it your are using? XP does not burn to DVD it has to be a third party software.

If I am to understand you correctly you are telling me you are using Kodak software that was installed in a used computer that you bought. If this is the case then you need to uninstall this program and install the Kodak software that came with YOUR CAMERA. The program you are trying to use may not be compatible with your camera !

Kodak C190 camera. I moved my pics from my SD card to my computer. Then tried to transfer them back..after many tries, they are back on my SD card. I can view them by putting the SD card in my laptop. When...

This should do it for you: Insert the SD card into your laptop or computer. In the SD card go to "New Folder" name that folder "DCIM" in the "DCIM" folder create a new folder. This one you will name "101KC190" (I'm pretty sure you have the Kodak Easyshare 190, correct?) Now, transfer all of your pictures into "101KC190." Insert the SD into your camera and it should work. email me if you need to [email protected]

I made a DVD of pics from the photos taken from my KODAK camera using the program that came with the camera and when put in the dvd player the message DISC ERROR comes up. What am I doing wrong.

Maybe your DVD Player didn't support it, to make sure of it, try play it in your computer DVD, when it's OK.Then you have to re-made it again with video format that supported by your DVD player.

Can't upload a pic to the computer from the camera

hello, You can upload pics to your computer by following the steps below. There are two ways of doing so. 1. you can take your memory card out and put it in a card reader which can be connected to your computer using a USB cable. 2. download software of kodak easyshare in the following link. http://www.kodak.com/global/mul/service/downloads/DownloadLookup.jhtml?pq-path=6840/6841&product=EKN030242 Then connect your camera to your computer using the USB cable which would have been given to you when you bought the camera. The software will recognize the camera and you can take a copy of the pictures in the cam from that software. Please rate the solution. ~regards, Jegan

Opening photos with EasyShare after uploading and saving

Do you see jagged lines across the picture?
If you have an Easyshare Software version 6.4 or higher - no matter where you move the picture or how many times you rename it, the software will detect it so if that gives the error msg that means the files are no longer in the computer.

How to check the version -> click on help beside gallery on the top menu bar and select About KOdak easyshare software.

If you have a lower version, the pics may still be there.
so click on start> search> and type in *.jpg
all your pics with *.jpg will be searched and you may see what you're looking for.

Uploading pics to mac from SD card in camera

Have you tried using an external card reader?

They look similar to this at Wal-Mart:
http://i.ehow.com/images/GlobalPhoto/Articles/4794433/120257_Full.jpg

I own a mac and always use an external usb card reader to download my pics and it works great. Also, I know that you need to get your pics off first, but you may need to reformat you card at some point so that it will read faster and work quicker in your camera.

For your software issue, have you tried download the software from kodak's website? The program shouldn't cause your apple to crash. I would try re-installing it from there website.

Puttting pictures on dvd

To keep the pictures in order, before burning you should check whether they are arranged in a logic way (sequence numbers or what ever). Those that aren't, should be renamed accordingly. Good luck!
