Broiler Still Not Working

I have a JGBP90MEA3BC GE Profile oven. I just replace both the oven and broiler igniters since neither were working. The oven igniter now works perfectly, but I get nothing (no heat no glowing nothing) from the broiler igniter. I turned on the broiler and measured the voltage on the oven side of the broiler connector and got 0 V. I'm thinking I might have to replace the controller board unless someone has another idea. Thanks.

GE Gas Oven and broiler not working

No, there is a "hot-point" ignition for each but they are both controlled by the ignition module, easy fix, follow the wires (2) from the Broiler ignition point.... they will lead you to the module. More then likely it's wire connection came apart.....

Me GE Gas oven is not working, but broiler and range do ?

I am working with model JGBP26WEH1WW GE Gas range: You do not need to remove the back or even turn over, just remove the storage pan at the base of the unit and disconect the two plugs (unique plugs). You will need to splice your old conectors to your new igniter. Yes you have the correct igniter for that model.

GE Profile Stove, stove top works but the oven will not heat up.

You will most likely have to replace the oven igniter. If you have the model number you posted under, I believe the igniter for the broiler is the same as the oven broiler, and could be swapped out to get the oven working again. (of course, now the broiler won't work until that igniter is replaced) If you'd like the part number or any further advise, comment back with the full model number off the sticker just behind the lower drawer panel on the frame of the range. Tonight, you may have to finish the chicken on the stove top.

Broiler and oven igniter the same?

you may not need a igniter. the problem could be with your control board which supplies power to both the broil igniter and the oven igniter. In my years of working on ovens i have not seen a oven that needed both igniters replaced.
