I did not find any information regarding increasing the length of time of rings of incoming calls in the manual. So, I thought the incoming rings length of time may be dependent upon your cell phone service provider, Vodafone.
I found some information on a Vodafone Support page: https://support.vodafone.co.uk/
How to increase the time before a call goes to voicemail?
(Quote)
Your Vodafone mobile is set to ring for 15 seconds before going to voicemail. You can change how long it rings for, choosing from 5 to 30 seconds in 5-second intervals.
To choose your desired ringing time:
Enter **61*121*11* on your Vodafone mobile
Choose the number of seconds you'd like your phone to ring for, followed by #
Press Call
A confirmation message will pop up on your screen with your new ring time
For example, if you want to set your Vodafone mobile to ring for 25 seconds, you enter **61*121*11*25#, and press Call. When the message pops up, you'll know it's all done.

firstly check up with other operator......i.e. airtel etc. ....if network appears with other operator sim inserted, then it is hardware problem.....to confirm this.....insert voda sim....switch on the phone ...then go to menu>settings>phone settings>network selection>and select manual.....now your phone will start searching network......and network list (so called service provider list (or SP list))will appear.....on the top it should be Vodafone........if Vodafone appears then select it....it done......if Vodafone does not appear then its hardware problem.... solution depends on phone model....pl. mention it....older phones develop this this fault when a IC called PFO/PF/PA/or Duplexer develops fault........later phones have a IC called FEM ic in place of duplexer. in latest models its network ic.....this has to be replaced......some new phones have no solution for this
caller tunes are not network dependant, they are phone dependant. you must have a phone that is MP3 compatible. download the tune to the phone, in your contacts edit a contact and choose the song as the ring tone. check phone manual to how to do it.
you should have brought ur iphone from orange they are much better and get it activated within minutes for youActivating 3G in Vodafone is very simple.First insert the Vodafone SIM card in 3G enabled mobile phone. You have to send single SMS to activate the Vodafone 3G on your mobile number. The procedure is ACT 3G to 111 (For Postpaid users) and 144 (For Prepaid users) .The process for activation of 3G will be completed in maximum 24 hours.
You will get confirmation message from Vodafone when 3G service is activated.
You have to change the Network mode into UMTS or HSDPA in-order to use the High Speed Vodafone 3G service.
PUK refers to Personal Unblocking Key. This is a Code which
is offered only by Service Provider. There is NO charge. Call up Vodafone and ask for the same and they would be glad to offer
that.
BB services are only available and activated on Postpaid not with prepaid.....and there can be no settings configured for gprs without any BB services activated
