There is a floating magnet in the side of the water fill container. Make sure the magnet is floating. That is how the Keurig determines whether there is water in the container or not. If it isn't floating, the machine thinks the water container is empty. If it is not working properly your only option is replacing the water container (or rigging the magnet and being very careful to make sure the reservoir never runs dry).

Pass a strong magnet past the left side-center of the water tank and that will turn off the fill water sign if the tank is full. Works!

How to fix a refill valve

  • Brass-style toilet refill valves can often be repaired. To take a valve apart, remove the lever's screws. This allows you to lift out the float arm and valve plunger. Check the flat rubber washer on the end of the plunger. If it's worn, you can pull it out with pliers and either turn it around or replace it. This procedure usually corrects an overfilling problem. Next, reassemble the valve. If the tank continues to overfill, check to make sure the operating lever at the end of the float arm is functioning properly.

  • New refill valve. To replace the entire refill valve assembly, first turn off the water supply. The tank should then be flushed and sponged out, as detailed previously. Remove the inlet nut and riser tube from the bottom of the refill valve beneath the tank. Hold the refill valve inside the tank with a padded locking plier/wrench to keep it from turning, and remove the nut beneath the tank. With the nut off, the refill valve assembly can be lifted out and a new one inserted in its place. Follow the exact instructions included with the unit you purchase.

  • Finally, reconnect the riser tube and turn the water on. The tank should fill, allowing you to adjust the water level according to the instructions that were included with the valve.

  • Anti-siphon valves. The best refill valves offer anti-siphon protection. In fact, this may be a requirement. This protection prevents back siphonage of toilet tank water into your home's potable water supply system if a vacuum occurs in the toilet's water supply system. Whether or not this is a code requirement, the anti-siphon valve is a good idea to protect your family and public health.

Fill the jug to the brim with water
Pour this water into the part that has picture of cups.
Next put enough coffee or tea into the filter above the now empty jug. Depending on how strong you have your coffee.
Put this back into place.
Turn it on and coffee automatically drips into jug to the brim. Hence why at start you fill it to the brim. It won't overflow. Once filled turn it off
POUR COFFEE INTO CUPS.
Add favourite extras milk sugar etc...

How much antifreezes do u put back n after draining out of a 2005 Pontic grand prix

I would generally drain the whole system, including the radiator, then refill with a 50% solution of water and antifreeze. I believe this is the standard procedure for most autos. Fill the engine and the overflow tank. Run the engine till at temperature, then shut down for an hour. By then, the overflow tank will be low if not empty, and need to be refilled. As you use the vehicle, you may need to refill the tank from time to time. as for the amount of AF, hard to tell, just mix a 50-50 solution and add it to the radiator/tank till full, then proceed as noted above. I suggest mixing the solution first, then begin to add.

I have lost my instruction manual and the last triangle light is on what does it mean and how do i fix

Descaling the Palazzo: The Palazzo is programmed to descale the boilers on its own, when set in the correct mode. You program the machine to descale it’s self, do the following. With the machine turned on, push and hold the left 2 buttons (clean and pre-ground). This should light the top right red indicator light. Mix your descaling crystals in a glass of warm water then add to 32 to 48 oz in your water tank. Next, have a container that can handle about 2 quarts of water under the steam wand, or have the machine positioned next to a sink. Next open the steam knob on the right side of the machine. You should hear the pump turn on and pump about 2 to 3 oz’s. of water through the wand into the container. The pump should turn off and there will be a wait of about 2 minutes. The pump should turn on again and more water will come out. It will do this until it has completely drained the water tank. Do not interrupt this cycle until the machine has stopped on its own. When it does stop, all lights on the bottom will flash. Rinse out the water tank and refill with fresh water. Place the water tank on the machine again, and then close, and then open the steam knob again and let the water just flow through the boilers until it is emptied by the machine. Don’t turn off anything until the machine stops on its own. This will clear the descale light. Refill the water tank again with fresh water, open the knob on the right again to prime and when the red light goes out, your ready to go.

Water softner problem, does not refill water to brine tank

There is .25 gpm flow restrictor in the top of the float assembly, It may have sediment in it. Unscrew the cap on float top and check the restrictor. When you hook it back up run the system to refill (last cycle) hold the float stem down until all the air is purged from float assembly and see if that works. Also the float ball (foam) may have slipped top too far and is shutting off prematurely. If this does not work it is in the valve which has small pistons, diaphrams and springs to control the cycles. Each cycle also has a solenoid which makes these components work. You will not find a service manual for the Mark 50 valves. They are obsolete unfortunately and parts are no longer available. This valve was made for nearly 40 years and was the hallmark of the Culligan line.

My Scooba floor cleaner "check tank" light stays on even after it's refilled and everything cleaned but still will not work. It just keeps beeping at me when I try to start it. How do I reset it or get...

Flush out the solution valve with water (aka "prime the pump"). Use water, not just air, because water will clear any obstructions that may be in the lines. Also, rinse your tank through the four ports on the *underside*-- one round, two oval, one large and curved, all four in a row. Rinse them really thoroughly with warm water, then refill the tank and try the Scooba again. If it doesn't work, call us: 1-877-855-8593.

Adding Coolant

Wait til the car is cold and then open the cap on the RADIATOR by pushing it down while twisting. The coolant must be filled to the brim. Replace the cap and then fill the overflow tank to the "cold" mark. Use a 50/50 mixture of water and coolant.
