The "3E" error code indicates that a high current is detected. A "3E" error in a Samsung washer indicates that there is an issue with the motor. Restarting the cycle may clear the error, but a service technician should be consulted if the error code appears again.
When the washer goes into spin cycle it is suppost to start at a slow speed and continue to increase speed (to a maximum of 800 RPM) as the water leaves the clothes. Your washer is going directly to 800 RPM which causes the washer to shake and stop giving you the E4 code. The control board that controls this speed increase must be replaced.
I have the same E6 error code and violent movement when in spin. have tried to level and such with the same results. Always acts like it's majorly unbalanced
that's the washing machine version of going on a walkabout, no? just kidding.
E9 suggests that the line is getting clogged. the filter pulls out(see user manual for that option) and you might want to consider running it with baking soda solution in warm water or hot, once or twice to get rid of that odor.
