Blasting through every orifice with a carb clean aerosol might work but mostly a clogged carb needs removing, dismantling and cleaning with carb cleaner and/or compressed air.

Of all laptops I have dismantled I have found the power socket on the motherboard, although I have not yet dismantled a Fujitsu Amilo.
To get at the power socket, it requires dismantling the laptop completely.

you will find it hard to obtain dismantle instuctions for any laptop, dismantling laptops is mostly trial and error and takes carefull planning.
the best way to dismantle a laptop is draw a diagram as you take it appart, this is beacuse the amount of screws so you have to take notes pertaining to where they came from aswell as other hardware like mini-pci cards etc.
