At first log after reset default firmware pasword, this isn't recognized
(PPOoE...) even if I'm sure that isn't my fault
thanks a lot an advance for your help
Click the "Wi-Fi" network icon located on the Window's taskbar.
Right-click the name of your network's "SSID" name and select "Properties" from the drop-down menu.
Click the "Security Tab." The network security key is now visible but unreadable.
Click the "Show Characters" check box and this will reveal your wireless password.

Log in to the router.
Routers typically have the IP address "192.168.0.1" or "192.168.1.1" for their configurations.
When connecting to the proper router IP address, a password box appears. The default login for Linksys routers is no username and "admin" for the password.
The default login for most other routers, including D-Link, Netgear and Belkin, is "admin" for the username and "password" for the password.
View or change the wireless password.
This is either a WEP key or a WPA/WPA2 password.
Some routers allow the direct viewing of the password, while others mask the password.
If the password is masked, the only option is to change the password to something else.
Connect to the wireless network with either the revealed or changed password.
Recover the System Password
Hold in the reset button on the router for 10 seconds and disconnect the power.
Continue to hold the reset button for 15 seconds while reconnecting the power.
Release the reset button and wait 60 seconds.
The router has now been reset to factory default settings.
Log in to the router as in the previous section.
Hope this helps
Depending on the router, you can either view or reset the wireless network password (also referred to as the passphrase or security key) if
you can log into the router. Some routers mask the wireless network
password, so while you cannot recover it, you can enter and save a new
password.
If you cannot log into your router because you
have forgotten the router password or your network has been hijacked,
please refer to "Lost or forgotten password for router or other device"
below.
To view or reset a wireless network password:
Unfortunately, there is no way to recover a lost
or forgotten password from a router or access point; you will need to
reset the device to factory defaults. However, once the device is reset
to factory defaults, you can use the default username ("admin") and
password (either "password" or "1234" depending on your router) to
reconfigure your router settings.
NOTE: Restoring factory defaults
on a device will erase any customizations you have made. You will lose
any configurations saved to the device!
If you have changed the default password and have forgotten the
password, you may need to reset the NETGEAR device to factory default
settings.
When a NETGEAR device resets, it goes back to the state when it was new - all information that was entered by hand is lost!
Examples include critical things you need to get online, such as ISP
username, ISP password, IP addresses, wireless security keys, and ports
and services that were opened. It all needs to be re-entered.
So, have your ISP information before resetting the router.
Naturally, if you moved to a new city, or if you bought a used
router, the old information in the router may not be of use to you.
Contact your ISP if you can't connect any computer directly to the
Internet. Then, if there is a connection problem when the router is
added, see No Internet Access Through the Router
Reset for most routers with a reset button on the rear panel
Write down configuration information such as IP addresses, security
keys, opened ports and services, etc., that you modified. (The default
username is admin and the password is either password or 1234. Try these before resetting the router.)

If the router configuration was not cleared, try these additional steps AFTER the router has finished rebooting.
For DGN2000 / DG834Gv5 Routers
To restore the factory default configuration settings when you do not know the login password or IP address, press both the Wireless button and WPS button on the side of the modem router for 5 seconds.
For FR314, FR318, and FV318
These routers require reloading the firmware in order to recover from a lost password. Download the most recent firmware from NETGEAR's Web site before proceeding. Follow the instructions in the manual.
