Question about Denon AVR-1905 Receiver
AVR-1905. Powers up (green light solid). Some indicator lights. No sound. No display. Blows 8A 125V immediatly. What are probable causes? What components need testing. Have schematic.
Problem is most likely shorted output transistors. These are the large transistors mounted on the heatsink. When these go short, they usually take out some the adjoining resistors in that channel.
