I have been searching for weeks. I cannot turn off the hourly charm. there is no symbol that tells me it is on or off but it chimes every hour. I have tried every conceivable combination of buttons based on answers I have found and nothing works. I can turn on and off the alarm and I see a symbol for that but nothing for the hourly. I have, based on pictures I've seen because there's nothing on the box to say for sure, what I believe to be the UL1069. There are no days or the week as some have mentioned either. Just analog time, digital time, stop watch, month and date. Emails to [email protected] come back undeliverable. Can anyone please help me? TIA

Think of the top buttons from left to right as A & B and the bottom buttons from left to right as C & D. The way to turn the chime off and on is by holding the C & D Buttons simatainiously and the pressing the B button. This will allow you to turn the Hourly Chime Off and On. When you see the digital chime pattern in the display the chime is on. When no pattern is shown the chime is off. Hope this helps the ton of people who have purchased these watches & either did not have instructions with or lost them. This perticular watch has been annoying the whole household for quite sometime and has now been put to rest..lol

How to set kenneth cole unlisted digital watch with 4 buttons

OK I'll do my best to describe the procedure...

Part 1:
Press mode button till the seconds window blinks
Press Lap/Reset button once to make minutes blink
Cycle through minutes using Start/Stop Button

Part 2:
Press Lap/Reset button once again to make hours blink
Cycle through hours using Start/Stop Button

(for this part, it's a bit tricky. Hours can be displayed in AM, PM, or 24 hour duration. AM is represented by "A", PM is shown with "P" and 24 hour mode is shown with "H", so keep an eye in the seconds window when setting your hour so you know for sure if you have the right hour)

When your done setting minutes and hours, press mode button again till you get to main screen
A helpful hint is to remember when setting up anything in this watch, mode will cycle through the different screens, lap/reset will change the value of whatever your modifying (AKA minutes/hours) and start/stop scrolls through the different fields.

Hope this helps. Sorry if it's confusing, best I could do.

Alarm and hour beep

On your watch ( in the digital area) there has to be a a bell looking design and or a ))) That show that your hourly chime is on. You have to either push two buttons at the same time OR go to the alarm mode on you watch and push any button besides the mode button, one of the buttons should take that little bell or))) off you screen. If this dosn't work, PLEASE let me know and I will research this a little more.Good Luck!!!
