Unit will not turn on

Sounds like a battery that has gone bad. Remove that battery and make sure you don't have any corrosion on the contact points. You might also "reset" the unit. There should be a small hole somewhere on the unit that is labeled "reset". Usually will take a paperclip end to do that trick.

Seems like the display unit is burnt out and needs replacing, they are not usually repairable

C 3102 - Communication sistem setting error.To reset :
Turn OFF the copier,keep pressed Utility/Function key and turn ON.Keep pressed the Utility key when Trouble reset message apaire on screen.Touch the message,turn OFF ,wait 1 minutes and turn ON.
If the code persist remove the fusing unit and under fuser unit in right side upper is located 2 sensors under plastic knob.Clean the 2 sensors.

is fluid full? belt tight( pending on what engine) ifit happens cold in morning start up could need steering rack replaced

You can try to reset the unit and recharge it again.

This operation will not affect your ebooks:

1. Leave the unit connected to the adapter
2. Hit the reset at the bottom for 3 seconds
3. Slide the power switch (the screen will blink and boot up)

If after that the proble still persist, you can try a hard reset. NOTE: This will set the reader to factory settings and will delete all you content.

1. With the unit connected to the AC Adapter, hit the reset button at the bottom for 3 seconds
2. Slide the power switch
3. While the reader shows "Opening Book" press and hold the "0" button and the directional down arrow at the same time, until " Reset All" appears on the screen
4. Press number 5 to confirm and turn the unit back on
5. Try recharge unit and disconnect it and see if that works

If these steps do not work, then contact Sony to get the unit repaired.

I can understand the problem in the unit, so to over come this problem you have to reset the unit .When you reset the unit surely the unit will it acquire the satellite signal also it show your current location.Follow the steps to reset the unit :

On the left hand side at the lower bottom coner you can see a small pin hole there named as reset .Just insert a paper clip in to the hole when the unit is on.this is the way to reset the unit......

Hi this is an issue with the fuser unit not getting to the correct heat level check there is no bits of paper stuck in the fuser unit check that the heater lamps are coming on h1 and h2
also check the thermistors you can replace the fuser unit assembly if it still does not work after replacing the fuser unit you will need to change PU1 and last resort PWB-A
the above will resolve your issue if you hold down the utility meter key and then switch on the machine keep the utility key held down for at least 30 seconds after switching on the machine after 30 seconds take your hand of the the utility counterr key and on the display it should come up with trouble reset press the screen on trouble rest the machine will reset you could try this first to see if machine resets

Press the middle key and menu key at the same time until the apple screen comes on. This will reset your settings but usually when my iPod does something funky like that I just do that and it's fine. If that doesn't work, contact your local Apple store.
