I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub c351 and all of a sudden it started printing everything with a pink hue and the colors are very uneven.

Try to make a Gradation Adjust. Go to Service Mode -> Image -> Gradation Adjust. Run it for 3 times for every step, you should get better results afterwards.

Try a new image unit... if that doesn't work than you have blown HV1 power supply...

There is a long process to solve the problem I might suggest that you have to call for service. It might be the magenta developer unit might be bad or rich the max life that need to be replace. Or just plain adjustment on colors setting. It might need to update the firmware to the newest level.
