The Dell Wireless WLAN Card Utility locates, manages and
provides information about wireless networks in your area.
The Dell Wireless WLAN Card Utility allows you to create
network profiles, connect to an available network, and diagnose connection
problems.
Enable the utility through an icon in the notification area
of your desktop, or locate it in the programs list depending on which Dell
computer you have.
Turn on the Dell laptop and make sure the wireless switch is in the
"On" position.
Right-click the utility icon in the notification area of
your desktop.
The icon appears as a set of four green, yellow, red or
white bars, depending on the signal strength in your area.
Click "Enable Radio."
Right-click the icon and click "Open Utility" to
open the Dell Wireless WLAN Card Utility.
Control Panel
Turn on the Dell laptop and make sure the wireless switch is
in the "On" position.
Click "Start" and select "Dell Wireless WLAN
Card Utility."
Click the box next to "Enable Radio" and click
"Apply."
Click "OK."
