Put in a new dishwasher, so I turned off electricity to the entire house. While I was at it, I decided to clean under the oven. Rolled it out, cleaned, rolled it back into place. Finished dishwasher and turned power back on. Now, the oven control panel seems to work fine. Clock/display is fine. Even acts like it wants to work when I try to get it to heat up, but I'm getting no heat in the oven. Convection fan won't kick on either. Electric ignition for gas burners on stove top not working either.

Check the voltage at the wall Sounds like you have lost one 120 voltage side Red to white should read 110-120 black to white should read 110-120 red to black should red 220-240 check at range and at the wall hope this helps
