How to set the clock

Can you please tell me how to set the clock on my vcr? Thanks

  • popdreamer Feb 29, 2008

I don't have a remote just a universal remote I use for it. How do I change the clock without having the original remote for it?

  • popdreamer May 11, 2010

Like I said, I do not have the original remote for it. Is there any way to change the clock without the original remote?

Most functions, clock/date set, channel add/delete and so on are done with the remote, and cannot be so done with the limited buttons on the VCR itself. Early VCRS (pre-90s) were setup with these VCR located buttons.
