I am guessing that the software is preventing you from deleting messages.
Judging by the model of phone I am assuming it is still under warranty. You will need to have the phone factory reset and reload or upgrade the software and this should be covered. I would bring your phone to your service provider and let them know what is happening. They should back up your contacts because you will lose whatever information you have stored on the handset. They should be able to provide you with a loaner phone in the mean time but most likely they will have to send your phone in for repair if there is no software update available.

It seems that you backed up your messages via Nokia PC Phone software. If you deleted the messages from your phone when it was not connected to your computer then the messages are still on your PC.

you should be able to locate them on your hard drive. Please refer to the Nokia PC Phone faq. found here.

PUK code is referring to your simcard....you will need to contact your mobile service provider for the code to reactivate the simcard

lol..........its in a dif language.......u need to put a sim card from the original provider in the fone and see if u can acess it to change tha language and see wat the rerror message mean cuz i av no clue wat language is that.
