The drum may need to be replaced inside of the washing machine. The washing machine is making a loud noise while spinning then especially if it is either a clanking or scratching sound then there is some type of foreign material that could of had have gone into your washer's filter inside the rubber seal or is simply spinning around inside of it's the drum.
Check the belt first ,probably off the pulley ,most likely damaged but maybe good enough to at least put it back on and test the rest. A common reason for this is worn drum Bearings causing it to off track
If the machine was delivered new, has all the transit straps been removed ? If the machine was delivered without transit straps then the drum could be off a support and it's drum wheel could be grinding on the rear panel.
Your drum has disconnected from the rail in the dryer. Sometime a bolt can work its way out and the drun can get off track. Remove back of dryer and see if you can get the drum on its track and see if you can find the reason why it came off.
It may be a suspension spring has come off or leg has broken if it is both drums off track. If it's just the inner drum then the bearings may have failed or the spider that the shaft is connected to may have broken. Start with the springs at the top and suspension first.
they dont have tracks they sought of float in the middle of the tub held on by the shaft coming off the spider arm on the back of your drum, if you can move the drum back and forth and it makes a metal crunchy kinda noise your spider arm has snapped to fix it you need a new drum and will almost quite literally have to dissasemble the machine into every piece its made of, altho not neccesarily difficult is quite time cosuming about 3-4 hours (thats for someone with experience)
