When i'm watching a movie, trying to play a game, opening heavy programs randomly shut downs, i can't open many tabs in my browser because it shut downs... every time i put something "heavy" to my computer it shut down... how can i fix this?
Try scanning your computer with radarsync to know which drivers are out-of-date. It has something to do with the device drivers for sure. Update the drivers using RadarSync.
If it still not going to fix the problem then check if there's a sign of overheating after it shuts down. You might want to get it opened by a technician so that he or she can clean the air passages and fans inside your computer.

Hi guest, try to turn off the pc by using the power button. Then remove the cables and battery on the laptop. Then push & hold the power button for 5 seconds. Reinsert the cables and battery then turn on the pc.
Check if you will be able to shut down your pc using the operating system..
