You can go service mode of your TV by menu>picture>contract press 1950 within 3 seconds.
When you appear a menu, you choose Service Menu>Config>Pwon_music >> OFF
And exit.
Turn off and turn on TV to enjoy

I had the same problem... try toggling through the "SAP" (multilingual audio feeds) for the channel. Mine was somehow set on "audio 3 of 3" for that channel, but there were only 2 audio feeds.

i have the same problem found you can try turning it off and on for ages to get it to work or place a heat source at the rear of the tv for a while and it seems to work. I have also used a hair dryer with success

The problem used to happen with certain receivers that are confused by digital broadcasted signal.
Try the following:
1) Reset the receiver box to factory settings and do a rescan. If receiver is built in with TV, simply do a rescan.
2) Call the provider and ask if they are aware of the problem. They usually are, since the problem depends on TV provider signal not working with certain receivers.
3) Check if a firmware update for the receiver box (or TV if directly connected) is available.
4) If there is no better solution, see if there are duplicate of the same 9 channels in different positions.
In this example with Go Australia the "9" channels where duplicated in positions 350-352.
Alternatively delete manually the nr.9, set the channels as skip, and re-program manually the channels in different positions. Procedure depends on the receiver used.
