Lost screws for stand on Vizio VU42L

I lost the screws on the original stand that came with my Vizio VU42L. I need to put my tv back on that stand. What type and size screws do I need? Can they be purchased at any home improvement store?

    There are four screws with allen heads. They are stripped. How to get them out. They are recessed

I have a M420VT Vizio TV. I used (4) M6-1.0 x 16mm screws to attach the stand to the TV stand adapter. The screws I used to attach the adapter to the TV were (3) M4-0.7x12mm. It worked out perfectly!

Check the kitchen drawer next to the fridge for the screws !!

When you get new screws, use lengths 1/2".. any longer and you might hit something inside.

Don't know why this is posted under IS-LCDTV26.. I would pull a screw from my 26" and measure it, but it's most likely different than your 42"
