I'm looking for a manual/guide for the Power G Portable Generator - 1200W.

They have model numbers and that is needed to search. '4600' is a wattage output not a model number, and are you sure it is 4600 and not 4500?

10w -30 will be fine

It is possible that it may be having trouble if you have some bad gas but I would be more inclined to check the float to make sure it is not hanging up and allowing to much gas to get to engine. I would adjust idle and fuel mix screw all the way shut and then start opening them up about 1/4 turn at a time and try to start and run between adjustments.Only try to start it once or twice in between adjustments to avoid flooding. If you can get it to run good then turn screws one more time or until engine starts missing a little then slowly close until it runs smoothly.Hope this helps you. Thank you.
