Want to protect some cookies from being deleted

I use a one-click System Cleaner which automatically cleans out all the cookies at the end of the day. However I would like to protect some of them , like, say, a Web page that I use to track my Stock List. Can this be done and if so, how could I do it? I need help. Thank you.

Can not delete browsing history, even after reseting explore 8, most of the browsing history is still there.

How did you try to clean the Browsing History? Manually from the Internet History folder or with the "Disk Cleanup" wizard or from the "Internet Options".
All these are to be done while the internet explorer is closed, otherwise you'll never be able to clean/delete them. But to clean histories or caches or cookies or temp files, there are many free tools to remove them safely and without loosing time.
You can use Ccleaner to clean the system. (Click Here to download), download and install Ccleaner. Open the program and click "Run Cleaner", that'll automatically clean most of the junk files which are no longer necessary. Please note that all browsers should be closed.
If you have problem doing this, please let me know with more details.

Good luck

How do I get rid of unwanted photos of e mails

If you are talking about pictures attached to emails, they are stored in Temporary files. When you delete the temp files, the pictures and videos will be deleted as well. I recommend using CCleaner to clean out temp files, cookies, history, etc. Go to www.filehippo.com, scroll down in the center column and you will see CCleaner under System Tuning. Click on it and then click on Download Latest Version in upper right of screen. Wait for a dialog box asking to save it or run it. Unless you have more than one PC to share it with, select Run and it will install as soon as it is downloaded. Double click on the CCleaner icon and you will see the cleaning options. Select analyze to see what it finds and Run Cleaner to delete all of you unwanted temp files. Go to Options > Cookies to keep any login cookies you want to keep.

When try to sign in it says cookies won.t allow it i neeed access to my email what do i do cookies seem to be preventing me from logging on to get to my email

I assume you are using Internet Explorer as your browser. Open the Control Panel > Internet Options > General > and below the general tab, locate "browsing history", select "delete browsing history on exit", click "Delete" > "Apply" > "Ok" (you have to do this while the internet explorer is closed, otherwise all the cookies and temporary files will be unable to delete).

Now open the internet explorer and access the site again. Hope it's gone now and you can access your mails.

If in case the problem persists, you need to use a system cleaner, (click here to download a cleaner-freeware) or run the disk clean-up wizard, open "My Computer" right-click C: > "Properties" > "Disk Cleanup" > on the disk cleanup wizard dialog box options, select the applicable location/programs including Temporary internet files and Temporary files, click "Ok".

[If you are using another browser like Mozilla firefox, googlechrome, etc..etc.. it's best and easiest to run the program mentioned above, but always run the program while the browser is closed]

That'll definitely fix your problem.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

I enabled my cookies and still experience difficulties with my PC

Well you are going to alway get cookies for Web page because they are needed to view the websites. But you can clean them out at the end of each day by bringing up IE, click under tools, and delete cookies. Are you can do a search on *.cookie and delete them individually.
