Cannot get "for free service press O.K., etc." off my screen

see if the is an AV button and press that
it changes"the signal in" source n ( pay channel,free to air antenna, x-box, dvd, etc)
the snowy screen indicates no signal and the icon is suggestingn it is looking for a input source

Press the star button under the power button
then press 2 and 5 Then the star button again.
In the touch screen scroll across to "Clear " press ok
Then scroll across to All. Press ok

Then it will reset and you'll have to set up as you did when you bought it.
Time date etc
Smile it's free.

You'll need to do a factory reset:
1. With the device off, press and hold Volume Up and Power.
2. Release the Power button when you see the logo, but continue to hold Volume Up until the recovery screen appears.
3. Use the Volume buttons to navigate the menu and select wipe data / factory reset. Press Home to choose the selection.
4. Press Volume Up continue.
This will reset you device to factory settings, however anything on your SD card will still remain.
At this point you will need to start fresh as if you just bought the device -- register with your email address, etc.

The least painful method. Approach the copier and view the operator control panel as we are going to go into service mode and delete the admin password. I am about to describe a "fluid 3 step keystroke " function which will put you into service mode. Before we start , locate the "ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS" button located between the LCD screen and the 9 key pad. Now, press additional functions, then the numbers 2 and 8 simultaneously, then back to additionalfunctions in a smooth three step flow. The screen will change as you have entered service mode. Depending on the configuration of the device you will have several tabs in your display and copier will be at the top. Press copier. A new display appears with several tabs across the top. Press the function tab. New display again, and now press "clear". New display again. Look for "PWD-CLR". Once found, press it. It will be highlited,and then press the "OK" button in the lower right corner. The ok button will indicate you have touched it by beeping or highlighting or both (depends on the model). Then turn the main power off (the actual switch not the button on the op panel. If you are in doubt unplug the machine. After a few seconds re-energize the copier. If the previous administrator merely used a password then it is now deleted and you are home free. If not, then you will need to enter service mode again.......copier........function.......clear..... and then find MMI . Clearing this field will delete ALL customer inputs(IP address, favorites etc). If it is necessary press MMI and then ok. Usually you wont have to do this. But if you do you can have the fun of re-entering all your old settings as it will go back to factory settings.

It should be a menu option. Press [FUNCTIONS] button on remote to access on-screen menu, then press the UP or DOWN arrow buttons to select 'other functions' and press [ENTER] or [OK] depending on your remote. Then using the menu, enter your disc name, etc., then with the UP or DOWN arrow buttons again, select [FINALIZE] - this should make (example DVD-R) the disc - compatible playback ONLY for all players. You are basically looking within the on-screen menu for 'finalize' option. You should get a popup dialog asking you if you would like to finalise the disc - if you choose 'yes' the operation will begin.

Press "interactive" button on remote
Go down to 4 "customer service", press select.
When the customer service page comes up,
Go down to 5 "program your remote" then press select

Then follow the on screen instructions.

This service is free and does not access your phone line at all.

In the phone back side of you display there it comes a small strip which effect only on hard crashes thought blackberry only severs everlasting phones these prolems only occurs on hard crashes.
Do get it to a blackberry oulit which give a free service .

turn key to position 2. scroll to the odometer reading with the page button on the steering wheel. use the arrow key to scroll up to a or b service screen( should say service a past due etc.) hold the r button(beleive it is on the r side of cluster) untill screen says press r to confirm service then release the button and press one time. the screen takes approx. 10 seconds of holding the button before it goes to the reset screen. they are all very similar it may or may not say r on the button if no r the button is just solid black.

Put DVD into player - wait for regional code violation screen to appear. Once this happens press the M (Memory) button on your remote control. Then press 1 for Title 1 and press play on the remote. This will over-ride the regional code violation detection menu and you can watch the movie etc by entering the fwd on the remote control and change chapters etc by using the T (Title/Chapter) button on the remote control)
